Q1:How to check the phone system?

A1:Millet phone, for example, Open "setting" and click "My device" to view it. P8 Mix is compatible with mobile phones with iOS 8.0 or above and Android 4.4 or above, and cannot be used with iPad, tablets, etc.

Q2:How to connect a mobile phone to Bluetooth?

2. When the device cannot be searched by the APP "Da Fit", please restart the phone and connect again.

Q3:Why can't I receive SMS notifications?

A3:1.Open Phone/Messaging/Call log permissions open when you first download the 'Da Fit' app;

2. Please make sure that the 'Da Fit' app notification is open in your phone's setting: Settings>Notifications>Da Fit /ins /Facebook（and other APP you need to receive the message）>Allow Notifications;

3. Turn on Notification in the 'Da Fit' app: Open App>Click on Notification>Allow notification， Click '√' icon to save>setting done.

4. Run the 'Da Fit' app in the phone background and make sure the device is paired with your phone successfully.
