How it works

Lower back pain and foot & leg fatigue can result from the everyday pounding your feet take during daily activities such as standing and walking. This problem can be particularly accentuated for men over 200 lbs.

Dr. Scholl’s Pain Relief Orthotics for Heavy Duty Support with Shock Guard Technology and Arch Guard Technology are designed to provide extra sturdy support, distribute weight and lighten the weight of each step.

How to use

Step 1: If needed, trim along the outline (on the underside of the orthotic) that matches your shoe size.

Step 2: Insert orthotics into shoes with the fabric side up.

Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear.

Muscle fatigue

As the name implies, muscle fatigue is the name for a broad condition in which your feet or legs feel sore, achy, or just tired. It may not be anything serious, but having muscle fatigue can make it difficult to fully live the busy life you want to live. Muscle fatigue can have a single symptom or several, including swelling, soreness, or a general achiness.
