Sim Compatibility:-

Some users need to activate the sim card on an existing phone which supports your carrier. After you receive the initial activation texts or get a 4G/5G signal, put the sim card back into the Black Shark 4. It will automatically pick up the carrier's network

Some users need to contact the carrier to activate the SIM card or add an APN

You can add it by following the steps below:

1. If you have a mobile phone and can use ATT /T-Mobile normally, please install the SIM into this mobile phone to activate it, and check the APN of this mobile phone.

Settings-network & internet---Mobile network---advanced---Access Point Names

Then record the APN parameter information of this phone

2. Then install the SIM card into Black Shark 4, find the APN location in Black Shark 4: Settings-Search: Access Point Names-Click the plus sign in the upper right corner,

Add the APN information you recorded before into the parameter position corresponding to the APN of Black Shark.

3. After adding, restart the phone to check
